How To Return An Item
There are two ways to initiate the return process.
1. If you have an account:
2.If you don't have an account
Hijabitood cannot be responsible for items that get lost in the mail. Be sure to include delivery confirmation when you return your package. We will e-mail you when the return has been processed.
Shipping charges refunds
In most cases, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. In the event that Hijabitood shipped an item in error or the item is defective, Hijabitood will pay shipping to rectify the situation. After the return, should your order fall below the threshold for free shipping, the shipping fee of $5 or actual shipping costs, whichever is greater, will be deducted from your refund. For example, your order was $25 and qualified for free shipping, but after an $11 return, your order only totaled $14. It no longer qualifies for free shipping and the standard shipping fee of $5 would be deducted from your $11 refund.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or that does not have the original tags will not be accepted for return or exchange. Restocking Fee Hijabitood does not charge a restocking fee. However, the original shipping fee that you paid on the order is non-refundable. Exchanges If your clothing item is in new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size, color, or style if your requested item is in stock. You will, however, have to pay return shipping.
Hijabitood uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for international shipping and will ship to any country on the USPS “Ship To” list. To see if the country to which you wish to ship is on the list, please click http://ircalc.usps.com/ Please e-mail us at: TheHijabLadies@hijabitood.com for rates and restrictions. For international shipments, the recipient is the importer of record. As such, the recipient is responsible for shipping costs and any additional costs the country of destination may apply. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
